As a life coach and energy psychology practitioner, I help women to connect to their dreams and passion and move closer to their personal vision by changing their behavior, thoughts, or feelings. When I first discovered energy psychology and coaching 5 years ago, I was confused about what I want to do with my life. My first energy psychology training opened a whole new world for me. As I learned how to let go of negative emotions and change my limiting beliefs that prevented me from seeing my true potential, my life started to change. As a result, I found my life purpose, happiness and inner peace.

My ideas about a coaching practice have been evolving over time. Inspired by the profound changes in my life, I started a part-time coaching and energy psychology practice 3 years ago in Atlanta. When I moved to Boone a year later, I further clarified my vision and completed professional life coaching training at Erickson International College. In February of this year, I have registered my coaching business in North Carolina. I am passionate about helping women to find their path and purpose in life, and I see myself not only as an individual life coach, but also as an educator and a catalyst of global transformation that starts from within. I am currently enrolled in the Business Planning Fundamentals class that is offered by the Ascent Business Network. This class has been very instrumental in identifying future directions of growth for my business. I’m planning to expand my business through experiential group workshops and classes that demonstrate simple but effective energy psychology techniques. Learning these tools will help the participants to reduce their stress level, let go of their blocks, and shift onto a calm and resourceful state, where they can move  towards achieving their dreams faster and easier.

With the help of the mini-grant, I would like to continue my professional development by the 8th Annual International Energy Psychology Conference. This event brings world’s foremost experts in the field and offers incomparable learning and networking opportunities. Attending the conference will give me an chance to interact with and learn from the creators of the methods I use daily with my clients. I will be able to grow professionally and bring these cutting-edge energy psychology techniques back to the community by incorporating them into my workshops, classes, and individual sessions with my clients.

I’m especially excited about taking the pre-conference training with Suzanne Connolly, which will allow me to become a trainer in Though Filed Therapy (TFT) and teach it to others in humanitarian settings. Thought Filed Therapy has been clinically shown to help to resolve trauma and help with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I already hold a certification as a TFT practitioner, but having a certification to train others would take my work to a larger scale. I’m especially passionate about helping women who were sexually abused to heal from trauma. Also, being from Ukraine and observing the effects of recent military conflict between Ukraine and Russia on the lives of soldiers and their family members, I hope to be able to help them using the techniques I will learn.
